FBAHELP schedule during the Chinese New Year Holidays
Dear Clients!
We would like to inform you about the upcoming Chinese New Year Festival, which will last from 11.02.2021 to 17.02.2021. This is the longest and the most important holiday in China.
In this regard we would like to provide the following information:
- The last days before the holidays
All warehouses, transit points and ports will be overloaded. Consequently, the risk of all kinds of delays is greatly increased.
- Holidays week, from 11.02.2021 to 17.02.2021
These are official non-working days, so all business requests most probably will be ignored during this period.
- During the first working week after the holidays expect delays in responses from the suppliers.
All the employees will be overloaded with pending cases from the holiday period.
FBAHELP will have the following work schedule during this period:
11.02.2021 to 22.02.2021– the requests for inspections and logistics are accepted, but will be processed right after the holidays.
22.02.2021– FBAHELP returns to normal work schedule.
