Since we are based in China there are certain limitations in the ways of communication we can use efficiently, and WeChat messenger proved to be the best choice for the services we provide. Our inspectors and managers are ready to answer all your questions concerning the factory and the goods. LIVE product inspection allows you to take full control over the inspection process, and three-way communication with the inspector and the supplier makes it possible to address many problems on the spot, without having to wait for the report. Therefore, the inspection is performed with your remote presence, allowing you to respond quickly to any potential problems with your shipment from anywhere in the world.
Standard layout for the pre-shipment inspection:
- Upon receiving the inspection request we coordinate the time of our arrival at the factory with you and the supplier.
- In case you work with this supplier for the first time and would like to see what the factory looks like, we make a number of photos and videos of the building itself, warehouses, offices and production lines.
- We make photos with general view of the goods ready for shipment, and check it for compliance with Amazon standards – the presence of all the necessary labels, barcodes, the dimensions, weight and quality of the cartons.
- We make photos and videos of the packed product, randomly taken from one of the boxes; we carefully inspect the package, barcodes, the product itself and accessories.
- We perform random checks of the items from different cartons, sending you photos and videos of any defect found.
- In coordination with you we negotiate all the details concerning the correction of defects with the supplier.
Normally the inspection of 5-10% of the items is enough to draw a conclusion about the overall quality of the goods. In any case, the inspector won’t leave the factory without providing a complete picture of the state of affairs with your shipment.
